Our client, an Ontario‑based company specializing in the resale of industrial parts and equipment, is looking for a Customer Service / Technical Support Representative to join their team!

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers (counter, phone, email)

  • Advise customers on various mechanical parts and industrial products

  • Enter orders, process billing, and follow up on deliveries

  • Prepare and ship orders

  • Receive merchandise and manage inventory

  • Perform local deliveries as needed

  • Collaborate with the internal team

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma (required)

  • Bilingualism (spoken and written) (required)

  • Valid driver’s licence with a good driving record (required)

  • Criminal background check

  • Comfortable working with computers and measuring tools

  • Experience with mechanical parts (an asset)

  • Good memory, attention to detail, and adaptability

  • Ability to lift loads (required)

  • Strong organizational and customer service skills

  • Good autonomy

Conditions & Benefits

  • Salary between $21 and $24 per hour, depending on experience

  • Group insurance benefits

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday – 41 hours per week
