Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers (counter, phone, email)
Advise customers on various mechanical parts and industrial products
Enter orders, process billing, and follow up on deliveries
Prepare and ship orders
Receive merchandise and manage inventory
Perform local deliveries as needed
Collaborate with the internal team
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma (required)
Bilingualism (spoken and written) (required)
Valid driver’s licence with a good driving record (required)
Criminal background check
Comfortable working with computers and measuring tools
Experience with mechanical parts (an asset)
Good memory, attention to detail, and adaptability
Ability to lift loads (required)
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Good autonomy
Conditions & Benefits
Salary between $21 and $24 per hour, depending on experience
Group insurance benefits
Schedule: Monday to Friday – 41 hours per week
